Wye Community Farm

As part of the work experience and volunteering element of their Forest School ASDAN course, our Year 9 students spend time each week at Wye Community Farm.

During their visits, they have learned how a kiln is used to make charcoal, collected sticks, fed the pigs, sheep and chickens, gathered hay for the cows, and collected fresh eggs.

It's fantastic hands-on experience that helps build confidence, encourage teamwork, and supports learning beyond the classroom.
