Safeguarding 

Keeping our students safe is our primary focus to ensure they have the best possible opportunity for a positive and successful future.

 

All our staff receive training in reporting, and supporting safeguarding concerns and we work closely with families and appropriate agencies on a case by case basis.

The staff with specific responsibilities with regards to safeguarding are:

Reporting a Safeguarding Concern

To report  a safeguarding concern in school hours:

To report  sexual abuse and grooming online :

CEOP is here to keep children safe from sexual abuse and grooming online.

 

You can make a report directly to the CEOP Safety Centre by clicking on the Click CEOP button if something has happened online which has made you feel unsafe, scared or worried.

 

This might be from someone you know in real life, or someone you have only ever met online.

 

CEOP take all reports seriously and we will do everything we can to keep you safe.

 

As well as making a report to the CEOP Safety Centre, the CEOP Education website has information and advice to help you if something has happened to you online.

 

Are you being bullied?

 

CEOP are unable to respond to reports about bullying but if you’re being bullied and would like to talk to someone in confidence right now you can speak to Childline on 0800 1111 or talk to them online – no worry is too big or too small.​​​

To report sexual images and videos of yourself and have them removed from the Internet

Report and Remove is for under 18s in the UK to confidentially report sexual images and videos of themselves and remove them from the internet.

Concerns Regarding Staff

Any concerns regarding a member of the staff team should be reported to the Headteacher.

 

If the concerns are in regards to the Headteacher then the Proprietor or Chair of Governors should be contacted:

Operation Encompass

Our school is part of Operation Encompass which is a national scheme that operates jointly between schools and police forces.
