Coaching
We are delighted to offer to all staff at Newingate School the opportunity to access coaching, at a subsidised rate.
Coaching is offered by a qualified coach and is flexible to meet your requirements and as such we can offer professional, leadership, executive and life coaching.

You can apply to Dave Carden, for a series of coaching sessions, ​ if you feel you would benefit from a coaching programme or 4 or 6 sessions of an hour or hour and a half, please complete the EoI form.
Ahead of commencing a coaching programme there is a chemistry meeting with the coach whereby the process will be explained in more detail and you have the opportunity to ask any questions. This meeting is a requirement prior to engagement in coaching.

It is important to note that coaching may not commence immediately and there may be a waiting list.
