We are delighted to offer to all staff at Newingate School the opportunity to access coaching.  This is a staff benefit and not a contractual right.

 

Coaching is offered by a qualified coach and is flexible to meet your requirements and as such we can offer professional, leadership, executive and life coaching.

Ahead of commencing coaching there is a chemistry meeting with the coach whereby the process will be explained in more detail and you have the opportunity to ask any questions.  This meeting is a requirement prior to engagement in coaching.
